Pat Simmons has consistently been a top producer since 1995 in the Santa Cruz County Real Estate market, which is a direct result of work ethic, attitude, knowledge and experience. Born & raised on the Westside of Santa Cruz, Pat’s work motto: “At the end of the day always be proud to put your name on your work” was a lesson well taught to him by his parents Bob & Elisa at a very young age within their business- Simmons Masonry. Pat and his bride of 29 years Julie have resided in Corralitos since 1983 where they have raised their two children Sarah, born in 1986, graduate of Sacramento State currently making her home in Roseville, and Griffin born in 1990, who will be attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo starting in the fall of 2012. Pat has vast knowledge of the current as well as past demographics of Santa Cruz County, which is a great asset to both sellers marketing their properties as well as buyers looking for the perfect home to satisfy their wants & needs.

     Giving back to the community is a strong belief to Pat (a belief strongly shared with Bailey Properties), his volunteer commitments to the community include: having coached Aptos High School Football for 25 seasons, Aptos High Lacrosse for 4 seasons, as well as Cabrillo College Football for a season. Pat was also a past volunteer Young Life Leader for 19 years & acted as auctioneer for 7 years for Make-A-Wish Foundation in Watsonville- Pat leads by example in our community.
